The contemporary-styled Hardy’s Bar & Bistro takes its name and inspiration from the world’s most famous comedy duo and two of the hotel's most famous former guests from 1953, Laurel and Hardy.
As the hotel’s main bar, Hardy’s offers an excellent food menu, thoughtfully created by Head Chef Karl Smith. The menu blends modern artisan influences with classic favourites, alongside a selection of contemporary dishes to suit all tastes.
