Health Conditions
You may be asked for medical details which are confidential and for your safety. We would ask that you give full details of any medical history, illnesses, allergies or medication prior to any treatment. If you are under 12 weeks pregnant you must inform us at time of booking as only a very limited amount of treatments can be carried out at this stage of pregnancy, if you have any query on this please call us on +353 (0) 1 271 2563.
Bookings
Credit card details are required when booking an appointment. sansanaSPA is an adult only spa and as such the thermal suite facilities are not permitted to children under 16. Bookings are not confirmed with card detail or hotel reservation number.
Arrival
Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time.
Cancellation
Please note all spa bookings are separate to hotel reservations – these must be scheduled, amended and cancelled individually. A 5% deposit will be taken at booking stage to secure all appointments. If something unexpected pops up, you can change the time or date of your appointment up until 48 hours before your appointment. Please note a 50% fee will apply for any treatment amendments or cancelations within 48 hours of the appointment, the full 100% fee will apply to any amendments or cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment.
